Located in Cardiff by the Sea and originally built in the early 1960s, with a second story added in the late 1960’s, this project is going through an extensive remodel, taken down to the studs to be brought into the 21st century.
Just blocks from the ocean, our client wanted a home that felt like the coastal living they see every day they walk out the front door.
This remodel brings crisp clean lines both inside and out having a touch of Midcentury Modern feel on the inside with large deck panelized glass doors that bring the cool ocean breezes inside for the all-important inside/outside lifestyle we all look for living in Southern California.
