It all begins with your dreams. Coupled with decades of engineering design expertise our goal is to create – together – a home that not only exceeds your expectations, but a home that reflects, nurtures and enhances your life.

We begin by understanding your property and how your home will present itself to the land and views that surround it. Conceptual and preliminary home designs step through two Design Service Agreements (DSA’s).

These DSA’s allow you to sign off on a specific design, and allow us to understand the complete project and develop a preliminary cost estimate. DSA’s are vital to creating a grading plan and supporting the infrastructure work required to develop the property.

Once you have signed off of the DSA’s and their associated plans and costs, we move to a Purchase Service Agreement (PSA). It is at this point that the final CAD drawings and documents are created that will be submitted to your building department for permitting.

Project Analysis

Whether you already have a lot of your own or are interested in having us help you choose a home site, we will assist you in narrowing down some of your building options based on location, lot size and price.

Perfect Design

Brian brings his expertise and experience to all phases of the design process and it helps guide the development of our mutual vision of what the finished project should look like and what it will cost.

Permitting

Getting a project permitted can seem like a never-ending process, especially when it comes to working with governmental and regulatory agencies if you never have. We bring years of experiences in getting project through the system and permitted.

Finding a Builder

Through Fassino Construction, we can provide all contractor services, however, there are times when finding a builder closer to your project site is needed. Our years of experience allows us to help you find the builder best suited for your project. We’ll facilitate the bidding and selection process. The choice is yours.

Build Management

Keeping projects on time and on budget are critical to the final product. We will hire and manage all contractors, scheduling, monitor progress, and budgeting site finances. We also track work quality, ensure safe work conditions and make sure contractors are paid on time.
