Located in the beach community part of Encinitas, this project is in the final stretch. The clients purchased this home and we immediately began a complete remodel of the entire interior of the house. The end goal is take a dated, 1980’s 3400 s.f. home and transform it into a modern California beach house.
All rooms in the house are being completely remodeled, including 4 bathrooms, a laundry room, 4 bedrooms, 2 family rooms, and the kitchen. Also, a new floating staircase is replacing the original stairs and the 2nd story deck is being tiled. All of this includes new floors throughout, reconfiguring walls, and and a complete repaint of the home. Topping it all off is a grand new front entry pivoting door.
