ONE PASEO
One Paseo is a mixed-use Carmel Valley development is now finally taking shape, already giving curious passersby a glimpse of what’s to come. One Paseo is a mixed use development that includes Shopping, Dining, Entertainment, Living, and Working spaces. Fassino Construction is excited to be apart of two tenant improvements at One Paseo.
The first location, Van De Vort, was started in December of 2018, and is their second location. They are a self-described “Chill store carrying bohemian designer apparel & on-trend accessories for women.” The second tenant improvements, BodyROK,was started in January of 2019. This will be the second location in the San Diego area for BodyROK which is “a fresh approach to fitness and health combining core-focused strength training & cardio in an upbeat small group environment.”
