Sitting on a hilltop looking down to the Pacific Ocean, our clients wanted to transform their home into a Mediterranean retreat. The color palette of the home was changed to reflect this sunny life style with our painter handcrafting all of the windows and trim into a look that anyone would mistaken for stain but was accomplished with paint. New decks surrounded by wrought-iron railings designed with beautifully crafted grape accents tie into the new front yard landscaping. With the courtyard in the back redone this home truly feels like you are relaxing at an Italian villa, but just incase the weather is little too chilly, a new sunroom was added to the front of the home so the client could still enjoy their ocean views.
